Returns Policy

Items may be returned in new condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling. All returns must receive prior authorization from Customer Service via email: wvbooks@verizon.net or by phone: 304-342-1848 or toll free 888-982-7472. All returns should be sent via United Parcel Service or USPS Priority Mail and addressed to The West Virginia Book Company, 1125 Central Avenue, Charleston WV 25302.

The West Virginia Book Company reserves the right to not fill future orders of customers who abuse this policy.
