It's Not Just For Breakfast Anymore
by Jeff Eberbaugh
The first section is humorous hillbilly style poetry. Each poem is a recipe written in a fun contagious sing-song style by West Virginia author Jeff Eberbaugh. With titles such as “Quackamoleâ€, “Hoover Hogsâ€, “Mess Car GOâ€, “Kitty Cat Kabobs†and “Oysters that Rocked a Feller†you will find yourself laughing out loud.
The second section of the book is made up of real wild game recipes and other tidbits like how to catch a possum. If you ever wondered how to cook a “Coon Meal In a Bag,†a “Snapping Turtle in a Pot,†or make “Wild Boar Bacon†this is the book for you!
The front cover of the book features Mr. Bad Eye who was one of the three survivors when the silver bridge fell. He is also missing an eye and the lower half of his right leg from a motorcycle accident. His nose is crushed from where he was kicked in the face by a horse.
